  Not satisfied at all by their service; from false doctor's treatment, rude counter service, and expensive medicines which can only be bought in this clinic. I went to an ENT doctor (THT), and they never told me the real problem of my ear which was infected sooo Bad, first told me that I had earwax problem, and gave me medicines which actually caused bad irritation to my ear, after going back and forth caused by my ear infection, they gave me medication which are not fixing the problems and never really told me what's my infection was so at the end after the 4th time going there and spending soo much money, the doctor told me that the infection was gone. A day after I felt just as painful and ichy as the first day I came to the doctor, so I went to another ENT doctor at kimia farma who told me that I have fungal infection, and the medications I get now are for that specific for fungal infection, with low cost medication. This new doctor was really explaining what causes the infection
