  Today , I got the rapid test on this hospital for the second time. I also came here a few months ago. Staffs are friendly.. Siloam provide good quality services. I suggest for sidewalks to the entrance maybe can be made wider. I feel the vehicle could hit me when I passed the sidewalks. So far it's really good. It will be better soon.

  Staff on Pediatric Sections 6th floor was attentive and caring. The doctor also very kind and easily remember the name of patients. Meant so much.

  Ngantrinya lamaa banget..😩 pdhal private paid.. Ngantri obat nya pun lamaaaxxx, cuma antibiotik 1tablet aja😭. Even they already upgrade to use computer system but the staff very slowly to handle the patients.. registration around 5~10min; check up nurse around 30mins, doctors waiting 45mins, consultation 15mins, waiting check up medicine 30mins, after confirm medicine and u paid at cashier, after paid, u still need to waiting the nurse to call ur name and took ur medicine 45mins. And the medicine still not completed 😭😭🤣🥲
