  Came here with appointment at 11.00. Turns out, there are still a lot of people. Number got called at 12.40, and still no treatment. The clinic itself has nothing out of the ordinary, just the usual. The service is quite good. Registration opens at 08.00 to 15.00. Open for treatment until 19.00. Parking lot may not be adequate these days, since clinics and hospitals are usually packed with visitors.

  The PCR test was quick, need to spent an hour or two until the swap sample taken. Came in the morning today, the result will be ready tomorrow 5 pm. Nice staff and professional.

  Had some bad experiences here, really different experiences from other Fullerton clinic in Jakarta, arrived at 8am and the doctor are late. I already notify the staff that i have flight in later at the day but they insist it will be okay, so i have to just wait longer. Wait longer for almost 2 hours in my rush to my flight. Really insignificant experiences from the other Fullerton clinic in Jakarta
