I've been right here for almost 3 months and that was a difficult and wonderful experience at the same time. This hospital had so many professionals medical people and also good facilities, but remember this hospital is province recommend so there are so many patients and people right here to get medicine. The administrations are confusing, sometimes the situation is chaos, crowd and the traffic is so bad. My mom waiting 12 days for MRI, then weeks and months for another session, finally the operation happened on day 57. I am so thankful to my mom's doctor because he is the kind and professional doctor I ever met. So, if you suppose to be here you need to prepared everything. One of the most important things is mental health (you might be so tired), prepare your physical activity, being financially stable, and check all the data (so many administrations problems, trust me!).

Even this hospital is the biggest hospital in Aceh province, but the service is really worst. I had an experience two months ago when I took my friend there, then a lady nurse at Accident and Emergency Department (UGD) was so arrogant and act like she is a senior doctor there, but the truth is, she is only a nurse. They should be nice and kind to the patient. I was thinking that, because of the service is worst, acehnese people better choose the hospital in Penang, Malaysia. Other side, this hospital is too many people. It seems like this is not a hospital anymore, but it seems like a traditional market.

This is the biggest hospital of aceh province, located in the capital city of aceh province that is Banda aceh. The area of hospital is big and hospital equipment's are complete. Parking space is very limited. Even though its the prime hospital of aceh province, the customer service is poor and the doctors are ignorant. Hospital area is clean, Canteen/ food area is clean.
