  I’m so sorry, but this public hospital has the worst queue system ever, not only at the doctor’s office, but also at the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff, sorry not sorry, work very inefficiently. They still have time to chit-chat and slow down despite being aware of the long queue of patients. If a patient wants to pick up yesterday’s medicine, they will prioritize that first and ignore the medicines that are supposed to be called in order. It wastes so much time, especially for monthly medication. I understand that monthly medicine may take longer to prepare, but two hours of waiting? Seriously? Why doesn’t the hospital hire more staff? They even have computers and display screens, but they don’t use them to show queue numbers. Not having queue numbers only makes patients anxious while waiting, because what if they prioritize someone else even though another patient has been waiting longer? Such an unserious service for a big business.

  New Hospital in Banda Aceh. It accepts public insurance (BPJS), The rooms are plenty and in a good condition. It also delivers good service for the patient.

  I took my wife to the hospital at night, and when I mentioned that she had given birth 5 months ago, the staff laughed and said it wasn't "new”. I found their response rude and unprofessional. They should focus on giving medical treatment and not making fun of the patients. If the staff aren't professional, it could impact the quality of service. They should brush up on their hospitality and public service skills, or else you might start receiving official complaints from patients! Hey Just a heads up to the clinic management - as a lawyer, I have represented a medical entity in a courtroom due to service quality (communication). It's really important to provide top-notch service and have qualified professionals in charge. If not, legal fees could end up costing you a fortune! And to the staff, if you're feeling worn out and unhappy, it might be a good idea to take a break and talk to a psychologist.
