  Substandard an poor service. Been taken the most expensive MCU and the result is only OK. Until I complain and within a week the data available.. hope it was a true data. The price for assurance member is bad.. it will drain your budget. 1 toothfilling more than 1 million idr. Compared to hermina malang you may have 2 o 3 and awal bross pekanbaru can serve you 4 teeth fillings. Descent Parking also unavailable. You must take street parking for near access. If not adding you a couple walking time.

  I’m French people have serious motor bike accidents in Sumatra I was transport in hermina hospital. First when I arrived at hospital in emergency they examined my very quickly and professionally! After I was transferred on a room in floor 6 . The room his perfect and very clean ! A cleaner come 3time a day for désinfection all the room . The nurse are very professional and caring very good about me , they are very kind and smiling all the time they are so good at work and always be on my side if I call them they come in less they 1 minute! I feel very safe in this hospital. The doctor are very competent too ! I want to specifically thank the nurse of the floor 6 to take care of me even if we didn’t speak the same language they make big effort to try to speak English with me I appreciate a lot !

  The doctor was great, but the nurse service were very bad, very unsatisfied, notice they brought bad stuff like the oxygen tank doesnt work like twice, In a inpatient room, when we call the nurse took very long time to come to the room, they didnt have inpatient shirt/kimonos so we need to preapare it, didn’t really help us as inpatient
