The good points first: - executive pavilion is clean, lots of seatings and quite spacious. - the staff & nurses are very friendly and helpful. - the doctor was good, very friendly & patient in answering questions, and gave detailed explanation. Now the bad points: - lack of parking space - the wait time — more than 2 hours! I made the appointment online, for 8am. I was told to come at 7:40am, for registration purpose. The doctor was supposedly to be taking patients from 8-10am only. As it turned out the doctor came at 10:15am, due to another engagement elsewhere. The hospital knew this but didn’t inform the patients of the change in time. One would think this could’ve been easily made clear during the online reservation. So patients wouldn’t have to waste time waiting for the doctor and this could also help minimize the limited parking space problem if people really do come for the exact appointment time rather than everyone all come at the same time.

We came from Qatar to Cicendo Eye Hospital in Bandung after our daughter was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma. It was a very difficult moment for us, but from the first day, we felt like we were in good hands. We’re truly thankful to Dr. Anne Susanty, SpA(K), M.Kes, who guided us throughout the journey. She’s not only a great doctor but also a kind and caring person. She always followed up, explained everything clearly, and gave us emotional support during a very stressful time. We also want to thank the full team: Dr. Primawita Oktarima Amiruddin, SpM(K), M.Kes Dr. Raden Angga Kartiwa, SpM(K), M.Kes They all worked together to treat our daughter with care and professionalism. We really appreciate their efforts and teamwork. Cicendo Hospital is well-organized and has a great environment for children’s eye care. We feel grateful and happy that we made the decision to come here. Thank you once again to all the doctors. You’ve made a big difference in our lives. May Allah bless you.

Lack of parking space. Better use public transport or taxi. It have executive clinics and optics. Katarak surgery start from about 17 millions. Doctor consultation about 200k on weekdays and 300k on weekend for executive class not included lab or medicine. Waiting for like 1 hour for pay because the nurse not input the medicine... Not include the wait 2 hours for the doctor... :( ... And in the end wait for the medicine too....

Terrible service, rude staff, very unprofessional care. The service in this hospital is appalling. Unfortunately, I"m not rich and desperately need eye care so I'm running out of options. (You know how our national health insurance works.) My experience with this eye hospital has been far from pleasant. In 2020, I was referred to this hospital due to retinal detachment in my left eye. However, the doctors here only gave me a bunch of pills and eye drops. Long story short, after months, they told me that they could not save my left eye -- my left eye is permanently blind. I found out how serious retinal detachment is after I experienced the same problem in my right eye. Luckily, at that time, I went to another hospital. The friendly, sharp-witted doctor there, God bless her, quickly sent me to the ER of the same hospital where I permanently lost my vision. She called a doctor at the ER and explained that I needed immediate surgery. So, that's how I am still able to see and write this
