The doctor was great, but the registration administrator and cashier are the worst I've ever met in the history of hospital. I filled in the registration form and chose an 'x' insurance and they just ignore it (in other hospital, they'll ask for more info or ask us to give them card). In this RSGM, the administrator just ignored it, then what is the point of filling the registration form? And the cashier called 'Nicholas Triprasetyo' who was there on Tuesday, 24 January 2023 around 3 pm was the worst cashier ever; flat and arrogant face, harsh voice, absolutely unfriendly, was incapable of explaining of why there was a mistake in the first place. He definitely need to learn more about hospitality.

Decent dental and oral hospital in Bandung. Satisfied with the service from RSGM Maranatha. Starting from the security guard, the administration section to the doctor. They are very friendly, helpful.
