  Very disappointing experience with RSU Hermina Arcamanik. My child had a scheduled control appointment, but the appointment was suddenly canceled on the same day. This has happened repeatedly over the last couple of months. After that, it was extremely difficult to get any proper response or assistance. I tried contacting the hospital multiple times through WhatsApp and phone calls, but responses were very slow and incomplete. When they finally replied, they only said the next available schedule was already full, without giving clear information about waiting lists or the next available slot. As a foreigner living in Indonesia, this is one of the most frustrating hospital customer service experiences I have had. When it involves a sick child, communication and support should be much better. Patients deserve clearer information, faster responses, and better care coordination.

  Had to do laparotomy for my wife's ectopic pregnancy using BPJS, really have great experience from administration until we released from Hospitals, all staff are friendly and caring for my wife, had a great room and nice facility

  Their service is quite good, can use BPJS. The parking lot is spacious as in the basement. The room is quite clean and comfy. Easy to reach because located near the main road. Sometimes held an exercise/gymnastic for pregnancy woman. It's worth to try.
