Waiting 3 hours just for taking the medicine! Please add more staff in Pharmacy, too slow if only 1 person incharge in Pharmacy!

The staff did not show respect towards the patient and patient's family as it was an urgent situation. They kept being so slow and disrespectful. The attitude of the staffs are horrendous. It has been like this since 2019 in my experience. My father received little to none treatments before his passing. I do not wish for this hospital to keep going if the service is abysmal. Do better.
