The place is easy to reach as it is right beside the street. The staff are friendly and the services in emergency unit and dentist are quite fast. However, when my friend was visiting the obgyn (midwife section), it took a long time. If it us your first time, you need to take queue number, fill in a form and have a hospital card made for you. Registration is closed before mid-noon, i guess. For your first time, there will be someone helping you in the information desk. The BPJS queue of course is much longer than other types of patients. Parking lots are quite large, especially the one in IGD section. There are lots of chairs for you to wait. There are also toilets outside the hospital for visitors, next to the parking lot. Mushola is far behind the hospital. At this time, it is being renovated. There is also a bakery and a mini market right in the front of the hospital you dont need to worry if you are hungry. You can also find many food stalls around the hospital. I had a silly exper

good for bpjs. not recomended though, long queue on every spot. the registration, the lab, the doctor, and the ultimate one, the pharmacy. consider this point will be the center of all patient, there's only 1 drug submission counter. oh my, i think it's not a major improvement to be done. just add another counter. there's so many employee i see inside the room, with nothing to do. long line of basket filled with drugs just lying, waiting to pick up. and outside just so many old and sick people i presumed. just shame, a hospital can be a place filled with bless, but i dont feel it here. im sorry, but this place need a major culture improvement, beyond anything else.

i always feel frustrated whenever i visit this hospital. the wait times r too long, especially in the emergency department where i often wait for up to 6 hours to get a room. what adds to my frustration is when i finally got my turn, but the other patient behind me alr got a room. additionally, the check-up queue system seems ineffective as counters are sometimes changed without notice. it feels like there hasnt been any improvement or evaluation from the past until now. please, improve your system. if this review can be edited come back later when the system is alr good so i can change the review

Please pay more attention in the future, for patients who want to go to emergency, the staff should not be indifferent because this is an emergency and it is about the safety of one life, hopefully in the future we will be better at serving patients
