    Nice and clean hopital. Went both to ER and inpatient facility. ER responded efficiently, nurses, doctors and staff are polite and informative. We were using Kamar Utama 1 (2 beds), the room included with ensuite bathroom-both are spacious and convenient for our mobility. But discharging wait time took hours to finish, parking area very limited but valet is available. Mushola available on 6th floor, but unfortunately very small in comparison with the hospital.

    Hospital with gallery environment with 2 basement parking levels. Staffs from security officer, cleaning officer, pantry, nursing team, etc are very friendly. Strategic location. Good team of doctors.

    bad service. very long process. Almost all officers are not friendly. expensive cost and class, but not in accordance with the quality. I think not worth it and recommendation. 1. I had to wait for the doctor for 1 hour, when it should have been 16.00, the doctor came at 17.00 2. insurance claims - long process and unfriendly officers 3. taking the medicine is very messy, I don't know where I'm at in the sequence, queue number not working 4. Instruction doesn't CLEAR

    Very clean and Luxury design with calm lighting... 😘... they also provide comfortable sofa with TV On for family whom waiting for the patient. They also have huge playground for kids. I love their wallpaper in pediatric station and mural in parking area with zoo and under sea theme 😍. So colourful and eye catching. There are 2 level of basement parking area, both for car and motorcycle. Their nurse and security officer are friendly and fast in service.👍
