  service is relatively good, doctors are top tier in their capability, some of them was also work at A class hospital in bandung. nurses also good and fast response for taking care of their patient, because almost of them is relatively young age. there is option to upgrade room for patient with insurance member with no additional cost. but there are many aspect that need to be improved, especially on the building and facility side. overall, good experience for me being hospitalized here.

  This is my redemption. All i can say is thank you for fast respond to critique. For you guys that want to go here for medication, the doctors are great. Let me state it clear. They are good. Just bad scheduling Better to keep up the service and communication, there's a lot of room for growth.
