  Most of the staff at this hospital very2 poor to serve customer. We need to remind them about what we waiting. The doctor I've seen was nice and having good hospitality but I've for almost 1.5 hours before I've met her. Today on 11 Nov 2022 wait more than 1 hour to be call for administration and still not been call. Wondering how is their system because all others with bigger number already called. This hospital need to review their system badly URGENT!! Today on 29th Nov I still see there is no improvement at all at the registration queue.

  In my personal opinion, doctors and nurses here are very friendly and responsive towards the patients. When I brought my mother here, they immediately performed blood test, x-ray, and cardio test to identify the illness. I also thank Doctor Stella and her team in the Emergency Room. Wish you all the best!
