    On my trip to Bandung last September, I suddenly felt very sick to the point I couldn’t help it but go to the emergency dept (IGD). My husband brought me to Saint Borromeus’ emergency, they did some tests on me, and turned out I had to be hospitalized for four days due to a respiratory infection. As a visitor in Bandung, I did not have any expectation of the hospital. However, the service was top notch. All the doctors and nurses were really kind, helpful, and professional. This is a bit strange to say since it’s a hospital stay, but I quite enjoyed the nights spent at Saint Borromeus Hospital (not that I want to be hospitalized again or anything). If anyone is looking for a hospital in Bandung for one reason or another, I would really recommend Saint Borromeus.

    We had a truly wonderful experience at RS Santo Borromeus during our daughter’s inpatient stay. From the very beginning, the doctors, nurses, and all hospital staff showed exceptional professionalism, patience, and genuine care, especially in handling our 6-year-old daughter. They made her feel safe, comfortable, and less anxious throughout her treatment, which meant a lot to us as parents. One moment that truly touched our hearts was when our daughter celebrated her birthday during her stay. The staff went out of their way to prepare a pudding and came to her room to sing “Happy Birthday.” This thoughtful and heartwarming gesture made her day very special and showed how much the staff genuinely care beyond medical treatment. The inpatient room facilities were excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We especially loved the child-friendly design, with colorful sea creature murals and a house-shaped headboard, which helped create a cheerful and calming atmos

    I had a positive experience at Rumah Sakit Santo Borromeus. From the moment I arrived, the overall process felt well-organized. The registration was quite smooth, and the staff were helpful in guiding me through each step. The medical team, including the doctors and nurses, were attentive and professional. They took the time to explain my condition clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the treatment. I also appreciated how responsive the nurses were whenever assistance was needed.
