    The place is good right? But The Service is a BIG NOO , not only The doctors who always late on a agreed schedule . The staffs are so lazy, they always confused about what they are doing. One to another staff is not well communicated to each other. They just confused when we are asking about anything . Can you imagine ?, I waste almost 2 hours just to get my medicine. Waiting for something I don’t understand. It’s just 2-3 queues . This is so horrible It’s even ou need to make a good training to your staffs

    Allready made reservation by Whatssapp but need to queue for hours and reregister at the front desk, then what’s the point of the online reservation by whatssapp ? Not to mention they change the time of reservation without prior notice. A reservation made for 12.00 then they reschedule to 13.00 an then they change it again to 12.00 and then reschedule again to 11.00 and inform me at 10.26 which is impossible for me to attend because it took 30 minutes with a super fast crazy drive from my house to the hospital and i need to queue again for at least 1 hour at the front desk.

    Worst experience ever! The staff were not nice when I asked abt the procedure, even the nurse told me to go to the Radiologi station to grab the result myself instead of her doing it?! What kind of service is that. Also the waiting time for the medicine took 1 hour! You really need to improve the service
