  I recently got a reminder from Google to leave a review, and it brought back a very disappointing experience I had here. The front staff, who seemed to be parking/security personnel, were unable to communicate in English at all. At that time I couldn’t access Google Translate, and they didn’t have any tools to assist either, only pointing directions. This left me completely confused, and I ended up lost and frustrated. For a hospital, this is extremely concerning. In this global environment, basic English is essential for healthcare workers, as anyone can arrive at any time. The hospital should also ensure there is at least one staff member who can properly speak English and assist foreign patients when needed. I strongly suggest providing regular basic English training, as clear communication is critical for patient safety and proper service.
