  We had a very positive experience receiving treatment at this hospital. They provide the level of care that every patient deserves. I truly appreciate the effort they made to do their best to communicate with us clearly, even though there was a language barrier since we are expats in their country. All the staff were very welcoming and always willing to serve. Special thanks to Mr. Herzan, who was a tremendous help to us. He made sure that everything was okay on our end.   A doctor named Eka Susy Apriani was very incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. Before the ultrasound, we asked if we could ask questions during the procedure, and she agreed. However, her answers were inconsistent, and she was unable to answer some of our questions. After the ultrasound, while we were still trying to clarify a few things, she left abruptly without saying a word. This was such a bad experience at Awal Bros Botania. Is it because I was a BPJS patient? Never again!
