    If I can give a zero star, I would. My grandma is a stroke patient and she was in need of medical care at night. She had high fever and keeps vomiting for 4 days straight. Her temperature was 38 and coming to 40 and yet she was denied because when they checked her temperature at A&E(UGD for indo term) her temperature was 37.5 degree but when we last checked it was 39.5 degree. We checked her temperature from the ear and they checked from her forehead and it was under the aircorn. I asked the staff there and she claimed that checking with ear and forehead is the same. Which is not. So because of this hospital gave us no choice but to bring home my grandma. We checked her temperature again and it was 38.5 degree. What kind of hospital care is this? Honestly they don't take my grandma seriously and they didn't put any effort in checking. Thank you BP Batam. I don't know how the rating of this hospital can go so high, yet they treat my grandma without being professional. As we are leaving,

    Writing my opinion regarding of services the staff and doctor who in charge at Cardiology Clinic. I can say it sucks! Doctor who in charge not even come on time to serve his patients. While they listed the schedule from 9.30am to 2.30pm. Staff nurse not even manage it quickly to sorted the queue. Really disappointed and hope for all doctors and staff nurses have to responsible about your duty and don't take your own sweet times!
