  The service on 1st floor is very slow. The hospital needs to increase the speed on taking care patient by front desk officers and doctors. My friend need 4 hours queuing. But contrary, the service on 2nd floor for hospitalisation is very good. The rooms are clean, the waiting room is clean too, well organized, response to the patients on the rooms is fast and good. Keep the good work! So I give 4 star review. Hope the owner and staff can increase their customer service level.
