  The staffs are professional from the front desk to the examiner. I was nervous during the test but the lady was patient, comforting, and reassuring. Referred here by my doctor, said the test result here is more reliable than the hospital's lab. The result will be sent via the mobile app (U by Prodia), and we could actually select tests and book appointment via the app.

  I had a great experience at Prodia Batam. The staff were very professional, polite, and helpful. The registration process was fast and well organized. The place was clean and comfortable, and the blood test was done gently with minimal pain. Test results were delivered on time. Highly recommended.

  I felt they wanted my money. Went there with a mild fever asking for tests for Dengue and/or other viruses. Woman at the desk proposes us a complete blood count (CBC) + Dengue Trombosite test first. I don't understand why offer a CBC which is 1 Million IDR instead of other virus tests, like a Tubex for Tipus, I'm a bit sad and disapointed from this experience. If you go there remember, front-desk is a sales team.

  If you have more options better go to other laboratorium, actually have a lot of choices in batam you can go to Gatsu Lab or Medi lab or Monde lab and many others. Really lousy service and the security not polite, quite rude to costumer. Better look for other laboratorium in batam
