    One of the reasons I always choose RS Elisabeth for my recovery is their exceptional service. They treat everyone equally, without discrimination. It may seem like a small gesture, but it carries a deeply meaningful message. I am Muslim, yet when they pray through the speaker in my room, I also say ‘Amen.’ That is how wide and beautiful tolerance can be. 🙌🏻❤️ And to the administrative staff member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, thank you for your kind help in processing my child Arkana’s BPJS until it became active and ready to use. I truly appreciate your assistance. 🙏🏻 Many thanks as well to Dr. Wennas and the nurses: Juliana, Adi Irma Suryani, and Erintan, for taking such good and heartfelt care of my child.     Singaporean traveller here with a sprained ankle. Really grateful to the staff who were so kind and helpful! They proactively provided a wheelchair, and also corrected mistakes in the memo when pointed out. All staff were so patient and understanding even though we couldn’t speak bahasa. Thank you🙏

    One of the oldest hospital in Batam, and yes by oldest meaning mostly no air-condition facilities. Services are mixed, some claim to experience best services, some claim that services are worse. Doctors and nurses care procedure are questionable, according to many verified individuals. Parking is limited, but otherwise everything is okay.
