  The service was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist, cashier, nurses, and doctor were all very friendly, communicative, and professional. Even though it was my first visit, I never felt judged. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and guided me through the entire process, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Special thanks to Kak Tendri, the doctor, and the nurse who assisted me today (I’m sorry I forgot your name). I truly appreciate your kindness and support. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

From the quick service, the cleanliness of the clinic, to the exceptional friendliness of the staff, everything was excellent.   Had a treatment this morning along with a facial consultation. It started with a skin analyzer (if I remember correctly 🥹) Dr. Rizka explained my skin condition really clearly, step by step. She’s also checked all the medications and ointments I’m currently using bcos i was also have a consultation from Halodoc, and asked about my medical history to make sure everything was safe before the treatment. I honestly loved how she took the time to explain which treatments were best for me ❤️ not to mention Nurse Vica was super gentle and very detailed when cleaning and preparing the treatment area 😭🥹 Big thanks to Ka Friska too — such a sincere and warm smile! Thank you🎉
