  First time being hospitalized using BPJS, and the experience has been great. The nurse at counter 4610 was very kind and helpful. The facilities are good—I got a 1st class room for two patients (room 6620). The doctors were also very nice, and I was treated by a senior doctor. Drg. Denny Shiddiq sp.bm. After my odontectomy surgery, I didn’t feel much pain and everything went smoothly. Alhamdulillah, feeling very grateful. 🙏

  Good Service, my wife have finished a caesar section with the best doctor and also fully support from all working nurse. Feel completely safe bcs they giving all the information without us asking by our self. Feel warm with their act of service although BPJS usage. Once more time, Shoutout to dr. Purnomo Hyaswicaksono, Sp.OG for the service, and all the nurse that i cannot literally put the name on this review. Good Work with the best place

  Overall a good experience. The nurses and staff were very nice and helpful. A small improvement could be on the toilet cleanliness and more detailed room cleaning. It would also be great to have hand sanitizer available in the room. 331-306

  I am from room 6610 The nurse all are very well and enthusiastic especially Miss Peppy Desty.and team. She is so cheerful and helpfull. The service in IGD (all the teams) was very good, all are also respectful and fast. I am very happy with this hospital. Keep up the good work to help all of the society and environment. I am very satisfied with this hospital. Jia you
