  I recently visited Murni Teguh Sudirman Hospital to see a friend who was admitted. ​The hospital is conveniently located within the Sudirman office complex, near the Sahid Sudirman Center. Access is quite easy; you can enter through the Sahid Sudirman gate or, I believe, from the Midplaza side. The hospital building itself is situated right behind the mosque in the complex. ​It's not a massive hospital, which gives it a more focused and less overwhelming feel. I was particularly impressed with the inpatient rooms. They are very comfortable and quite spacious. A thoughtful feature is the inclusion of a sofa bed, providing a proper place to sleep for anyone staying with the patient. The room also came equipped with a desk and a chair, which was a great convenience. ​Another plus is the accessibility of amenities. Downstairs, there are plenty of options for food and several convenience stores, making it easy to grab anything you might need without having to leave the complex.

  I just had it with this administration mess!!! If you thought using private insurance will fasten or simplify the administration, you are in the wrong place!!! JUST MISCOMMUNICATION ALL AROUND. I made an appointment using the app and then confirmed by WA Admission. I asked to the receptionist when i took my queue number on first floor that i just use this queue number and wait for my number to be called. I came to 2nd floor, i didn’t get a call for my number in a long time despite my number was the next number and the board number didn’t change at all. Also the locket 4 doesn’t serve anybody so i asked the the girl behind the table with my number and she just easily said we can do it here. I waited more than 15 minutes before this, isn’t the machine supposed to be automatic? Ugh im already getting annoyed, but fine. She just gave me my file then told me to go to 7nth floor. I was confused why she didn’t call the dr first which was the procedure that i know of, but i guess it was new.

  Overall everyone working here is nice and giving the best care. Doctors are professional and understanding your situation. The food ( for VIP CLASS ) is perfect . Giving you a menu to choose your meals from everyday. And the food taste like home clean cooked food + the diet and ingredients nutrition are customed for your health situation. I’ve been here for 3 weeks for leg surgery. Bones problems have good specialist doctor. ( Doc. Witantra ) was leader for all my operations. And i suggest you to have your operations done here. Vip class rooms have a higher charge for everything than class 3 rooms ( photos showing is vip rooms )

  Doctors and medical staff at RS Murni Teguh are good and professional. Unfortunately, this is not supported by the administrative team, which is extremely slow and inefficient. Even as the 3rd patient in line, I had to spend around 3 hours to complete the entire process. This is unacceptable for a private hospital, especially for insured patient.
