  I was recently diagnosed with Bell’s palsy and admitted to Primaya Hospital Bekasi Timur. Throughout my stay, I was very well cared for by the attending nurses. I would like to commend them for their consistent assistance whether it was providing medication, additional towels or helping with linen changes. They were always responsive, friendly and accommodating. Although I may not have been able to get all their names, I would like to specifically mention Digra Maria who assisted me very well and communicated clearly in English. I would also like to highly commend Dr. Patria, my neurologist, for his patience and guidance throughout my recovery both during my stay and even after discharge. He explained everything clearly, showed great understanding and was very supportive. He also took the time to answer all my questions for which I am truly grateful.   I was treated here for about 4 days. My husband chose this hospital because the Google reviews were better compared to other hospitals near our home. And it really is good. The service in the emergency department was fast. The VIP room, although not very big, was comfortable. The midwives were all very kind, especially Midwife Novi. Whenever I needed anything, she was always quick to help and always asked what I needed. Thank you, Primaya.

  I had a really good experience at Primaya Hospital Bekasi Timur. The hospital is clean, comfortable, and the service was very good from the beginning until I was discharged. I had surgery for HNP (Herniated Nucleus Pulposus), and I’m very grateful that the result turned out well. I truly feel blessed to have been treated by dr. Arief Purwodito, Sp.BS and dr. Paul Atmaja, Sp.BS and their team. They were professional, supportive, and made me feel safe throughout the process. Special thanks also to Nurse Yunengsih and the nursing team who were very kind and attentive during my recovery. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received. Even though I used BPJS, I still received proper and respectful treatment. Thank you to the whole team. Highly recommended.

  The doctors and nurses are very kind and super helpful assisting my mother while on Emergency Room, ICU, and treatment room. Their hospitality is top notch but unfortunately we experience a bathrom leakage during my mom's treatment in Jasmine Room 7032 but overall everything is great and respondinv very fast whenever we need assistance and anything. Thank you.
