  Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by the front desk and the medical staff handling the radiology and laboratory tests. ​Nevertheless, I found the physical examination lacking. The doctor appeared to be in a hurry despite the lack of a waiting list at the time. This contrasts with my experience at Prodia Kramat, where the physician provided a thorough exam and was very attentive. ​Having encountered the same issue at the Bekasi branch in 2021, I am disappointed to see that the quality of the physical consultations hasn't improved. I hope management can address this for the future

  i had a great experience at Prodia. the services were excellent, and the staff was professional. the place is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable during my visit. i highly recommend Prodia for anyone looking for quality healthcare services!
