    Simple things like lab result requested by the doctor need to be MANUALLY taken by the PATIENT, and then give to the doctor. There's no system to send the digital result directly to the doctor? Seriously? In 2026? It's fine for now since I, the family of the patient, am there to get it. Imagine a patient on wheelchair, alone without any company, need to go to another floor, just to get some measly document, and give it to the doctor.

    Excellent service and attitude from all the doctors, nurses, and staffs. Always helpful and caring towards patients without discrimination. Though, there should be assessment for the administration department. Specifically regarding the number of staff in the administration department. The staffs seem to be overwhelmed in attending large number of patients, especially in the general poly.

    You guys are seriously the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I received a message saying I needed to check in with the doctor on July 1st between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. I arrived at 8:50 AM and received number 102 for registration. I waited for two hours, and my number still hadn't been called. I waited patiently — I didn't complain or make a fuss. Then suddenly, the nurse called out that the patients for the doctor I was scheduled to see should come forward immediately because the doctor would only be available until 11 AM. That confused me a bit, but I still followed their instructions. When I approached the registration desk, I overheard the nurse talking badly about me and my BPJS. “You need to come earlier because the doctor wants to leave,” she said. EXCUSE ME MAAAMM???? I did come at 8:50 AM and waited quietly. And then the nurse — the one with GLASSES — said something that offended me deeply: “Oh, BPJS... NO WONDER.” Hello??????????? I came on time, as scheduled.
