  Last Thursday, I was involved in an accident that resulted in a sprained ankle and open wounds on both my left and right legs. Since I was able to access EMC Hospital, I went to the emergency department on my own. 1. The security staff kindly helped move my car from the ER area to the basement. 2. I was immediately attended to by the nurses, and my wounds were cleaned. 3. The cashier and administrative staff were very supportive in registering me while I was already in the treatment room. 4. The X-ray process was quick and easily accessible. 5. The medical team provided the right treatment for my condition. I truly felt heartfelt and comprehensive service — from the security team, administration, cashier, nurses, and doctors. Thank you very much for all the assistance.
