Overall good experience. Family member admitted on a public holiday at 10am and scheduled for surgery 7pm same day. Doctor and nurses are fast response and polite. We were given the OBOR promo (one bed one room) so it felt quite private. Stayed in Kemuning 407, room is spacious.

my dad had surgery and stayed in the kemuning ward at RS Mitra Bekasi and we’re honestly sooo grateful 🥹🤍 the room was clean and comfy, and all the nurses were super sweet, patient, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. it really made everything feel a lot more comfortable and reassuring. thank you so much for taking such good care of my dad, especially the kemuning team 🫶🏻✨

This time, I was treated at Mitra Keluarga Hospital West Bekasi, right next to Chandrabaga Stadium. Upon arrival, I was placed in the Kemuning Ward, Room 407. However, because the room wasn't ready, I was immediately transferred to Room 438. Yep, this photo is in room 438. I really like the room, which is clean, fragrant, spacious, and has a sofa bed so that the waiter can sleep soundly. For those of you who are afraid of getting a stern nurse, this place is perfect because the nurses here are all kind, friendly, patient, and very helpful to patients. If you are not accompanied by family, the nurses provide a bell. If you need help, just press it. If the bell is pressed in less than 2 minutes, the nurses are ready to assist you with your complaint. Our newborn stayed in the NICU/Perina for 2 days due to jaundice and needed phototherapy. We are very thankful for the outstanding care provided by the doctors and nurses. They treated our baby with great attention and kindness while keeping us informed every step of the way. The team made us feel calm and confident during a challenging moment as new parents.
