  The service is fine. The receptionist did explain a thing well. Moreover the nurse also responded swiftly. The doctor is assertive (because he's old) but very clear for its explanation and diagnosis. The best thing is this hospital is really quick to manage health insurance from BPJS. The worst thing is the place is terrible. The exterior looks dim. The interior seems like an old hospital. The wall is finished from ceramic tile, the corridor is too narrow. The worst of the worst is the toilet is really disgusting...

  Handling was slow, even when waiting for a call from the laboratory check results, there was no call at all. When the laboratory department was asked, the answer was given to the Emergency Unit. Remembering what happened several years ago, my late wife died during the Covid-19 pandemic, but it was because of another disease. In the Emergency Unit, there is a place to lie down, but the officers on duty didn't allow it, so finally I asked for a place to lie down in the isolation room. Please change the hospital management. The service is bad but there are lots of fans... Strange...
