  I had a poor experience with my ear infection treatment. I initially chose the hospital because it was close to home, and the review on Alodok seemed decent but when I got there for consultation the ENT doctor didn't explain my condition or the procedures details. I only learned about them from the medical reference letter and my own research. Unfortunately, the surgery worsened the infection, causing severe pain during follow-up visits. I had to undergo a second surgery at another hospital. The experience traumatized me, and I probably won’t return. Additionally, despite being able to book appointments through an app, the system is still mostly manual.

  My daughter came to the ER due to profus vomiting, the service was really good and fast very well treated with dr wisnu in the ER and also the nurses are really good and the service is so fast, my daughter got rehydrated and the blood sample is all good and got sent home really fast! Much appreciated for the service of the doctor and the nurses👏🏻 thank you
