  Good usage of digitalization. The process at the front office is seamless. However, I need to note that the doctor is not punctual at all. I mean, we are talking about hospital and sick people. If you cannot adhere to your schedule, please do let the patients knows. Waited for almost 30 min to meet general practioner and turns out she has not arrive yet. Downgrading my review. The pharmacy and cashier process took too long. Update: We need to go to pediatrician and got scheduled at 6 PM. Then the schedule was moved to 7 PM and until 7:30 PM the doctor was nowhere to be seen. Very disappointing.

  I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a pretty good experience. The nurses were all very nice and informative. The administrations could be quicker, and the doctors could be a bit more informative. Especially before the surgery begins. The food were great!

  My mom got hospitalized here. The room was nice and the doctors were also helpful, so I gave it 3 stars. The rest would be the service and administration stuff. Nobody knows up until now why hospitals in Indonesia are doing so badly in terms of service, time estimation, and administration stuff.

  I reviewed base on my visit for rapid test last evening. Antigen rapid test only idr 249,000 (detail types & prices, see the picture below), a competitive price. Not crowded and I passed it around 20 minutes. Thanks! Keep healthy.
