    During my inpatient stay from May 4 to 8, 2026, I was treated by Dr. Cleinn Michaela in room 204 The service was very friendly, especially since I was often treated by a nurse named Winda Meisya Gita, who was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Likewise, the specialist doctor and the doctor on duty were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and all systems ran smoothly.

    Very good hospital with a note: unfriendly staff at registration. Unnecessarily repetitive registration process. I went in person on Friday afternoon for registration/appointment with dentist the next day / Saturday. I came Sat morning, but I need to start over registration like I need to get number, that wait to be called and processes administratively. SOP needs to be revisited?
