    I had a wonderful experience at ABDI MEDICCA BATU BOLONG. The front desk staff was efficient and clear. The Nurse and Doctor were so quick and helpful. I was in and out in 15 or 20 minutes with some medicine to help mysterious bug bites (and it has helped!). On the way out of the examination room the Doctor said, "I hope you heal fast and feel better soon." She said it with such genuine care, it took me aback. That is not common in Urgent care or regular doctor offices in the US. It truly meant so much to me. :) Also, the office followed up 48 hours after my appointment on WhatsApp to see how I was doing, which I did not expect! I shared an update and after getting approval from the Doctor, the staff shared that things were moving in the right direction, to proceed with the treatment plan. They very kindly encouraged me to reach out if I need anything else. What a pleasurable experience when I was not feeling so great! Thank you, AMBB team!

    I got Bali Belly the hotel called them and they were here in minutes! Everyone was so pleasant good energy I usually have an issue with inserting iv since my veins are too small but she was a true professional and did it so smoothly. They kept checking on me making sure I’m ok. DEFINITELY recommend them!
