I do not recommend this clinic!!! Before giving me the rabies vaccine, the nurse did not check my temperature or blood pressure, which is a basic medical procedure before vaccination. I consider this very unprofessional and concerning. On top of that, the clinic gave me an incorrect schedule for my next rabies vaccine doses. I had to double-check the dates myself to catch the mistake. Very disappointing experience and poor attention to patient safety. Nurse: Ns. Dian Puspitasari.

Amazing staff & quality of treatment. I had a very scary situation where the left side of my head & face swelled randomly & noticeably. Nothing like this had ever happened to me & I was frightened. The Dr as well as the nurses were calming & professional. They explained to me options for care & even additional vitamins & medication to add to my IV drip to increase my immune system. I fell asleep while getting the IV & they allowed me to sleep for a bit longer before gently waking me up with additional instructions for what I could do at home to get better faster. Honestly the best treatment by the staff & also most professional process for the treatment I’ve ever encountered here in Bali after many trips over the years. 10/10

⚠️EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE – PLEASE READ BEFORE USING ⚠️ My partner was extremely unwell with suspected Bali Belly and was alone and in a very vulnerable state when this company came to treat her. Instead of simply providing the care she needed, she was presented with multiple treatments and add-ons at a time when she could barely talk or properly process what was being suggested. She just wanted to feel better and trusted the medical professionals in front of her. She was charged around 11 million IDR for what amounted to basic medication (paracetamol and similar tablets) and an IV drip. After speaking to other clinics and people locally, we found out that similar treatment usually costs significantly less — often just a couple of million IDR. The difference in price was honestly shocking. When someone is dehydrated, distressed and struggling to even communicate, they are in no position to question pricing or make clear decisions. Medical providers should be especially c
