  I have been a client of this clinic for over 6 years with my three cats, and I can honestly say that this is the only place I trust 100% with my pets' lives. We have been through some incredibly difficult situations together. One of my cats, Bagus, was once attacked by dogs and arrived in critical condition with internal organ damage, a severe infection, and a shattered collarbone. The doctors here fought for his life for six months, and thanks to their dedication, he pulled through. Every time my cats have faced serious health issues, we have turned to this team. Most recently, I had to visit a week ago at midnight because my cat had a urinary blockage. This is the only clinic in the area that can handle such an emergency in the middle of the night. Not only did they treat him immediately and explain everything clearly, but the doctor even messaged me later to check on how he was doing at home.   We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care our 1 year old dog has received from this wonderful team. Despite being so young, he’s already had quite a journey with multiple visits for surgery, overnight stays, and regular check-ups. Every single time, the vets and nurses have treated him with so much kindness, patience, and love. They’ve always taken the time to explain everything clearly and keep us updated. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for treating him well. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done for our little dog. Highly recommend!

  My friends and me rescue stray dogs in bali. You can see that they clearly don’t care, they just try to make as much money as possible and if you don’t pay the entire bill upfront then they don’t even consider. They asked us 4.8 mill for my puppy who got parvo virus and was there for 5 days. There was no surgery or vaccinations etc. our dog was already fine and ready to walk since day 4. I informed them multiple times 2 days before that we will pick her up the next day and my 2 friends came to pick her up but got sent away. They mentioned cctv records andi asked them to share with me and they didn’t. During a visit I found her charged to an empty iv catheter, she was screaming loud and just wanted to come home. Every time when we asked the staff, someone said something else about her. The communication is bad too, I asked them several times when we can pick her up and they never replied to it.   } I am extremely disappointed with the care and professionalism I received from your clinic. When I rescued my two kittens from the street, they were clearly unwell. I paid a significant amount for the consultation, and medications, trusting that they would receive a proper examination and treatment plan. Unfortunately, their health problems continued, and I ended up seeking advice and treatment from veterinarians outside Indonesia. This resulted in a long and difficult treatment process that could perhaps have been addressed much earlier. What concerns me the most is that, approximately six weeks later, I developed a fungal skin infection that appears to have been transmitted from my kittens. From my understanding, fungal infections are very common among rescued kittens in Bali. However, during the initial examination, no fungal screening was performed, no warning was given, and no preventive guidance was provided.
