  Really good experience with the staff and the service! I came in with a friend who wasn't able to do anything due to food poisoning, and they knew immediately what was wrong. They gave him an IV and some different pills to help with cramps, nausea and other things, and 6 hours later he was good again. Be sure to have your insurance in order though. I filled out a lot of information and they would make sure to send it to our insurance company. They were very welcoming and understood our need for quick assistance, and the doctor were very good at english. I would definitely recommend this medical center. Thank you for your help! Really appreciate it!

  Amazing experience, very fast and efficient, doctor did a full examination and nurses inserted my IV perfectly! Really good price too!

  Came to this clinic with a guest who was injured while surfing in Batu Bolong beach. Lots of dried blood on the head and neck. The nurse even said just go to the hospital, but didn't know the nearest hospital. The doctor also didn't help, if I didn't ask to put a bandage on the wound area, it wouldn't be handled, and it was treated on the receptionist's waiting chair. The doctor didn't give first aid, instead he followed the words of the nurse in front. It seems like the nurse owns the clinic, the doctor obeys the words of the nurse. Poor service and no empathy.

  Excellent service. Super sterile and the staff speak really good English. I had to come in to have a toenail removed (worst nightmare) and the doctors were excellent. Comforting, quick and efficient. Healing well. Thank you!
