    Very poor experience. The appointment felt more like a sales interaction than a medical consultation. I was given confusing and questionable explanations, had reasonable questions brushed aside, and felt pressured toward a one-size-fits-all treatment. The focus seemed to be on speed and payment rather than patient care. I didn’t feel listened to or confident in the clinician’s expertise and walked out without treatment. Would not return.

    I had such a good experience with this clinic. I have never had to receive medical care in a foreign country, and this service exceeded my expectations. One tip, definitely get travel insurance if you can. I felt really rundown and had lingering symptoms from a cold that wouldn’t go away. Dr. Arista and Nurse Clara took my vitals and explained very clearly what my treatment plan and cost would be. They are very kind, attentive, compassionate and everything is to the medical standards you expect at home. Having a home visit was extremely comforting and, convenient. They gave me the antibiotics I need along with other supplemental care Highly recommend.

    I cannot recommend Dr. Aris enough! My girlfriend came down with a severe case of Bali Belly, and Dr. Aris responded so quickly. He arrived with two very professional nurses and immediately made us feel at ease. Beyond just providing the IV treatment, he took the time to talk with us and was incredibly kind. He was very patient in calming my girlfriend down, which really helped since she was quite stressed and feeling terrible. If you’re looking for a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also has a wonderful, comforting bedside manner, Dr. Aris is the one to call. Thank you for taking such good care of us!"
