  Excellent care from Hydro Medical. I had a painful ear problem flare up while travelling in Bali, with a long-haul flight booked the same day. They responded quickly on WhatsApp, sent an ENT specialist to my accommodation, and dr Indra Premana diagnosed and treated it properly on the spot, including cleaning, an endoscopy and the right medication. He talked me through everything, cleared me to fly, and I was given a clear itemised invoice and an English medical report without having to ask twice. Professional, honest and genuinely reassuring when I needed it. The ear has cleared up completely since. Highly recommended if you need a doctor while in Bali.
