  I experienced a sudden fever while traveling and visited this clinic. The receptionist was very welcoming, and the doctor quickly identified the issue as a bacterial infection. They carried out a thorough diagnosis and treatment over several hours, including IVs, which helped reduce the fever. Although I later developed stomach cramps and other symptoms, the clinic continued to support me. A staff member reached out via WhatsApp to guide me on the necessary medications for the following days. I found this follow-up care very reassuring. The clinic is highly professional and responsive, even after I returned home from Bali. They also provided all the required documentation for my travel insurance claim. While some treatments may feel costly, I would strongly recommend this clinic to travellers, especially those with travel insurance.
