  I came to this clinic unexpectedly after my usual doctor was on a house call, and I needed urgent treatment for a dog bite. I was a bit shaken and unsure what to expect, but honestly, I couldn’t have ended up in better hands. The doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly, even showing me Google links to help me understand the rabies shot protocol and why multiple injections (and the cost) were necessary. They were patient and never rushed me, letting me look things up myself and ask questions until I felt comfortable. When it came time for the injections (tetanus, rabies vaccines, and immunoglobulin — 7 shots in total), he talked me through each one — where it would go, what to expect, how much it might hurt. He was so gentle I barely felt a thing. I honestly expected it to be much worse. They were also really responsive on WhatsApp later when I had follow-up questions.   I don’t understand how this place has received so many positive reviews. I had an absolutely deplorable experience. I visited with a wound, and the doctor convinced me to have some of the surrounding skin removed, only to make the situation ten times worse. It’s been three weeks since my visit, and my wound is in a far worse state than it was when I arrived. I’m convinced he performed this unnecessary procedure solely to inflate the bill. I haven’t been able to do anything for the last three weeks and I don’t know when or how it will heal now that he messed up my hand.
