  everything has been absolutely excellent. Even though we are BPJS members, we were treated with genuine care and wholehearted service. Thank you for the surgical procedure performed on our niece, which was handled by Dr. Ni Putu Yuliawati, along with all parties who supported the smooth and successful operation. We are very pleased with all the services provided, which were delivered sincerely and from the heart, including the meal service staff who kindly asked the patient about her preferred menu.   Honestly, I felt confused and a bit uncomfortable. Last time I paid 600,000 IDR for the same service, and now it suddenly became 1,000,000 IDR. There’s no price list on the website, and at reception they refused to show any prices when I asked. It’s not even about the money, it’s just unclear what you’re paying for and why the price changed like that. I wish things were more transparent. My plan visit 02/05/26
