    I had my first dengue vaccine here a couple of years ago, but unfortunately I lost my vaccination record. As I’m now traveling to Thailand, my doctor advised that I only need the second dose, even though quite a bit of time has passed. I contacted the clinic to see if they could help, and they were amazing. They found my records and even prepared a medical report for me to take to my new doctor in Thailand, completely free of charge. The customer service was outstanding both during my original visit and even years later. They went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much!     Fast service for my Bali belly situation. Texted via WhatsApp during night and they responded first thing in the morning (7am) Discussed symptoms, collected details and medics arrived to my accomodation at 8:30 am. Medics were explaining the process, everything was clean and sterile. They also provide a bag full of medicine to take over next days. All is nicely labeled, dietary guidelines also provided. They follow up via WhatsApp the next day to make sure I was feeling better. Thank you!

    Highly recommend with no hesitation. Was sick at 3am in the morning, I got a reply first thing at 7am, got sent a Dr by 8:30am to assess and give me the IV drips. They also gave me a medication bag with clear instructions. Very communicative and good follow up. Didn’t need to take the medication but was part of the package just in case the IV doesn’t fully work. But it was sufficient enough for me. By next morning I was up and going.

    10/10 experience. Prompt response time & the turn-around to get a nurse to my villa in Caangu was within the hour. Well priced for service provided. Paid with physical card. Nurse was extremely gentle and very professional, I’ve never had an IV so painless and comfortable before, I give her my highest commendation. I was travelling with my sister-in-law who is a doctor in Australia and she was very impressed by the service provided. Follow-up care was top notch too. Saved me from ruining the rest of my holiday because I had no self control at Finns resulting in the worst hangover of my life.
