  I visited this hospital today while I was feeling extremely unwell and could barely stand. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. At the reception, I provided my passport and waited as instructed. In order to help speed up the process, I tried to show the reference number given by my insurance company. However, the receptionist responded in a very rude and dismissive manner, telling me to go away and that it was not her concern. I was only trying to assist by sharing the insurance details, but her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I told her that I did not want to receive service at this hospital, she refused to return my passport at first and continued to act in an unacceptable way. As a patient who was clearly unwell, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I left the hospital without receiving any care.   I visited Siloam Medika Canggu on 16 February 2026 at around 3:30am after a small accident at home where I was bleeding from my head. It was the closest clinic open at that hour. When I arrived, I explained my situation to the receptionist. She informed me clearly that the consultation fee would be IDR 700,000, with additional charges for any procedures or medication if required. I appreciated the transparency upfront. Shortly after, the doctor (I regret not asking for his name) came to see me. He noticed the dried blood on my head and personally cleaned the area thoroughly with gauze and water to locate the cut. After examining it carefully, he even took a photo on his phone to show me that the wound was superficial and nothing serious. He explained that no additional procedures were necessary and that it would heal on its own as long as I kept my head dry for three days.   Great clinic. 👌 Very clean, efficient, professional, well-organised. Lovely staff on reception and great/engaged nurses and doctors (everyone speaks English well - my first language). Test results come back same day (within 4-8 hours), delivered via WAP with a full breakdown of results/recommendations for ongoing treatment and management of symptoms. Also, good value, which is important - there are many other places than would charge you a LOT more for the same/an inferior service. My advice (which is the same whenever you’re seeking medical assistance anywhere) would be to be very clear and detailed when describing your symptoms/what kind of treatment you are looking for, request all documentation (which they are happy to provide), and ask lots of questions. Would definitely recommend.👍

  We arrived here because my girlfriend have a bali belly. Insurance company sent them a confirmation that the payments should be covered. Three hours later we still get response that they are waiting a confirmation from the third party and we haven’t received any service. When we called the insurance company, they said that they don’t know about the third party. The communication is extremely bad in the medical center and it feels like they don’t even want to take care of the patients. If possible, go somewhere else
