    I had a very good experience here. The staff and doctor were very kind, professional, and attentive throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and followed up on my condition carefully. I felt well taken care of and the treatment helped me recover quickly. Thank you again for your support and excellent service during my stay in Bali. Highly recommended!

    Exceptional. You write them, getting an appointment, (I got mine for 45mins later🤯) consulting in 30 minutes max, getting everything you need and you are good to go! This little place operatesin the way like every single health care center supposed to exist, or NOT at all.. Only like this! Clear, adequate, kind communication, zero judgment, maximum help. This place and these people were treating me like, i believe, no one ever did it before. And it wasn't magic, just humans acting like patient, kind, understanding, helpful humans. I am seriously unable to understand other clinics/health care centers and hospitals. They should just walk into a 4,6-4,9star place like this and copy what they have experienced. If they can😏What's so hard in it?!.. And they are crying when they receive an overall 2-3stars on google after providing such questionable and unacceptable service. This place operates in reference quality 🤌🏾 Terima Kasih Banyak for everything 🙏🏾♥️🌻🌞🥹

    Got seen very quickly for suspected infected bug bites quite late at night, very responsive via WhatsApp too. 250k consultation fee, can pay card. Everything was fine until I seen the price I was getting quoted for the medication (nothing too extensive in terms of medication required, may I add). Went to a pharmacy down the street and got it for a fraction of the price. My advice, get a prescription and go somewhere else, they clearly charge an exceptionally high premium on medication.

    Yudha and his colleague were very kind and responsive, and they clearly explained the steps involved in the treatment. They gave us some great advice. Excellent service, I highly recommend it!
