    Dr. Gita took excellent care of me during an emergency injury when my toe was bleeding heavily. She treated me quickly, calmly, and professionally, and she was very kind throughout the experience. She did not charge me for the initial treatment, which I truly appreciated. I later returned for follow-up wound dressing and again received great care. Very grateful for her help and professionalism.

    My husband and I ended up with severe dehydration and sunstroke after spending around 10 hours in the sun. Earlier that morning, my husband had also surfed for about 2 hours at Old Mans so overall 12 hours of sun exposure for him. Even though we were drinking water, we completely depleted our electrolytes and got incredibly sick. We have been to Bali 10 times and have only had Bali belly once, but this was far worse. We have never experienced this level of sunstroke or heat exhaustion before. We were vomiting for hours, could not even lift our heads off the bed, and I actually passed out. We found The Medical online and decided to reach out to them due to their great reviews. They have clinics in Ubud, Pererenan, Canggu and Berawa. We were far too unwell to leave our villa, so we contacted them via WhatsApp. They responded immediately, took our details and location, and within 40 minutes a doctor and nurse arrived at our villa in the Pererenan area.
