  Really good experience at this clinic after getting sick following being in the Sumatra jungle. The team was friendly and professional, quickly ran blood tests and got the results back fast so treatment could start straight away. I was given IV treatment and medication, and everything was clearly explained. I also had a flight later the same day, and they made sure I was feeling well enough to travel. Overall, super helpful staff and a smooth experience — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing medical help while travelling in Bali.

  I do not recommend this hospital. My experience was very unprofessional and inappropriate. During my recent visit, the driver took me to another hospital for an ultrasound. Throughout the trip, he made inappropriate comments and even recorded videos of me without my consent, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the staff behaved very rudely. As I was leaving after my second visit, one of the staff members said, “I hope you never come back again,” assuming I wouldn’t hear her — but I did. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disrespectful experience. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before choosing this hospital.

  I had a really great experience at this clinic. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I came in for the dengue fever vaccine, and the price was only 750, while other places charge double — which honestly makes no sense. Very reasonably priced. The doctor spoke English clearly, explained everything in detail, and gave me proper aftercare instructions. I was quite nervous about the injection, and they were so sweet — they even gave me an ice pack to help calm me down, which I really appreciated. I mentioned that I was in a hurry, and the whole process was super fast and efficient. I was in and out with no waiting at all. They also provided a full medical record afterward. Overall, everything was quick, professional, transparent, and stress-free — no unnecessary upselling, no nonsense. Just genuine care, fair pricing, and excellent service. I truly felt taken care of and would highly, highly recommend this place. 💉
