Unfriendly staff, too crowded, unbelievable system. You have to wait for too long to get into next step of your medication. You get no information from staff for what to do next or where to go. All they said only "wait there, wait till we call you or just rudely said wait" . It would be nice if your staff politely explain the situation. So we feel better than waiting for nothing.
