  The doctor always come very very late.. sometimes by 5 hours!!! It's already the third time. Other patients also testify the same thing. The services from the security and the nurses is good though.

  I had a truly wonderful experience at Karya Bhakti Pratiwi Hospital. Being in a foreign country, I was a bit anxious about the language barrier, but the doctors and staff were incredibly supportive and made every effort to help me feel comfortable and understood throughout my stay. The service was excellent….nurses were very kind, caring, and always quick to respond whenever I pressed the call button. The doctors were patient and thorough in finding the cause of my symptoms and made sure I received the right treatment. I really appreciated how organized everything was, from giving medication on time to providing good meals and checking in regularly. Despite being far from home, I felt very well cared for. The kindness, professionalism, and attention I received made a big difference in my recovery. I’m truly grateful to everyone at the hospital for their amazing service and support. Thank you so much

  NOT BAD hospital. But emergency departments are very slow. You will not be served quickly if you do not rage LOL. I've been here 2 times and it's a good service for VIP patients.
